Arasan A.M.S. Ganesan, Founder of Arasan Group of Industries established the manufacturing of Safety Matches as the prime unit for the group at Sivakasi in the year 1954. Afterwards due to the sedulous and striving efforts of the Management, Arasan Group has grown up like a banyan tree with branches of its manufacture, Exporting Safety Matches, Fireworks, Paper Tubes, Aluminium Powder & Paste.

After catering to the needs of the Indigenous Market with the enhanced production, Arasan International has exported manufactured products to more than 17 countries in the Global Market.

Arasan International the Export Division of the Arasan Group of Industries, has excelled the challenges in the changing scenario under 'Globalization' of New Millennium by exporting with the turn over in an ascending order year by year.
